The molecules of all things around us becomes portion of us, moves through us, nourishes us, touches and changes us. Because of this exchange, it behooves us to adopt care of our environment, the ones around us. We are connected with the air we share.
And most apparent ' breath is life. If were breathing, and now we know it, we're alive! Breathing is really a full mind-body-spirit experience.
